Abstract: A window shade assembly including a curved shade frame and shroud in which a resilient shade having a curvature differing from that of the frame is installed. The shade has frictional means along the edges thereof to engage the frame and to enable restricted sliding motion therebetween. The shade also includes a handle and hidden locking means therefor to discourage handle theft.
