摘要： In an aspect of the disclosure, a method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided. The apparatus may be a first UE. In certain configurations, the first UE operates in an idle or inactive protocol state in a service of a first cell and performs a discovery procedure with a second UE, wherein the discovery procedure includes indicating, to the second UE, an identity of the first cell. The first UE further performs a cell reselection procedure to a second cell, receives, from the second UE, subsequent to the performing the cell reselection procedure, a message for forwarding to the first cell, and sends, to the second UE, a notification message, wherein the notification message includes an indication of an inability to forward the message.
