A communications apparatus and associated method communicating with at least one cellular network includes a radio transceiver and a processor. The communications apparatus includes a a radio transceiver, capable of transmitting or receiving wireless radio frequency signals to or from a cellular network; and a processor. The processor is configured to: receive an incoming call request message that will trigger a Circuit Switch Fall Back (CSFB) procedure or a Evolved Packet System Fall Back (EPS FB) procedure from the cellular network via the radio transceiver, query a user to accept or reject the incoming call request before triggering the CSFB procedure or the EPS FB procedure, and determine whether to trigger the CSFB procedure or the EPS FB procedure based on a response to the query from the user.

Resource adaptive apparatuses, methods, and non-transitory computer readable storage media thereof are provided. The resource adjustable electronic apparatus includes a first display unit and a processing unit. The processing unit executes an application program, assigns a system display configuration that corresponds to a first resource as a local display configuration of the application program, detects a predetermined event, and updates the local display configuration of the application program in response to the predetermined event being detected. In this way, the application program loads a second resource according to the updated local display configuration and renders the second resource on at least one of the first display unit and a second display unit after the predetermined event is detected.

A touch communications device includes a first touch panel and a processor. When a second touch panel of another touch communications device is close to or in contact with the first touch panel of the touch communications device, the processor obtains relative movement information about a relative movement between the touch communications device and the other touch communications device. The processor executes a corresponding action according to the relative movement information.

A data bandwidth management method is provided. The data bandwidth management method is applied to a data bandwidth management device. The bandwidth management method includes the steps of obtaining one or more data bandwidth sharing configurations corresponding to one or more sharing devices; receiving a service request of a client device connected to the data bandwidth management device; and allocating data bandwidth of the one or more sharing devices to the client device based on the one or more data bandwidth sharing configurations in response to the service request of the client device.
Abstract:
A communications apparatus communicating with at least one cellular network includes a radio transceiver and a processor. The radio transceiver is capable of transmitting or receiving wireless radio frequency signals to or from an air interface in the cellular network. The processor is configured to determine whether an inter-RAT change will be triggered in a subsequent procedure when the communications apparatus is in a connected mode. When the processor determines that an inter-RAT change procedure will be triggered, the processor is configured to selectively perform a predetermined procedure instead of the subsequent procedure to avoid the inter-RAT change.
