Abstract: A hand tool for driving a fastener is provided. The hand tool includes gearing that interconnects a splined socket to a rotatable or trigger actuator and increases a rotational speed of the splined socket relative to the actuator. The hand tool may include a power tool receiver 38 or an independent motor to drive rotation of the splined socket to advance or retract a fastener from a threaded shaft. By increasing the speed and conserving rotational inertia, the hand tool reduces the time to secure a fastener on a threaded shaft. A rotatable nut is provided. The rotatable nut can slideably orient along a first axis and threadedly orient along a second axis to fasten to an adjacent surface.

Abstract: A hole saw includes a cylindrical body having a sidewall with a first end and a second end opposite the first end. The cylindrical body includes a gullet formed in the sidewall between a leading surface, a trailing surface, and a bottom surface of the sidewall. The gullet defines a central longitudinal axis extending between the first and second ends of the sidewall that is obliquely oriented relative to a rotational axis of the hole saw such that the gullet is angled from the first end to the bottom surface in a direction toward a cutting direction of the hole saw. The gullet has a dimension measured parallel to the rotational axis between the first end of the sidewall and the bottom surface of the gullet that is greater than 1.5 inches. The hole saw includes a cutting tooth coupled to the first end of the sidewall adjacent the gullet.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure relate to a reciprocating saw blade. Abstract: A step drill bit includes a shank and a body having a proximal end adjacent the shank and a distal end opposite the proximal end. The body defines a plurality of axially stacked, progressively sized steps including a first step at the distal end, a terminal step at the proximal end, and a plurality of intermediate steps having incrementally increasing diameters disposed between the first and terminal steps. The step drill bit also includes a plurality of cutting edges each disposed along one of the plurality of steps. Each edge defines a helix angle and a radial rake angle. The radial rake angle and the helix angle of the cutting edge at the terminal step is greater than the radial rake angle and the helix angle of the cutting edge at the first step.
