    摘要: A staggered-teeth diamond saw blade includes a circular steel base and a side wall provided at an outer edge of the steel base. Multiple first diamond cutter heads and multiple second diamond cutter heads are alternately arranged at the side wall through laser brazing; multiple diamond teeth protection cutter heads are uniformly distributed on an external surface of the steel base through high frequency induction brazing; a pre-plating layer is preformed at a welding surface where the side wall is welded with the first diamond cutter heads and the second diamond cutter heads; a pre-plating layer is preformed at a welding surface where the external surface of the steel base is welded with the diamond teeth protection cutter heads. The diamond cutter heads of the present invention are staggered to thicken the thickness thereof while cutting concrete pavement and other materials at high speed.

The interlocking support assembly (280) may be provided radially outwardly of the notched cutters and may include a softer diamond-metal matrix and/or a different diamond concentration therein than the first diamond-metal matrix. The interlocking support assembly may include a reinforcement portion (284) disposed between the notched cutters (270) and a top section (282) covering radially distal portions of the notched cutters.

    摘要: Metal sleeves are used as carriers for the abrasive layer of sawing beads. Such sawing beads are threaded on a steel cord and are separated by a polymer thus forming a sawing cord for sawing of hard and brittle materials such as stone or concrete. These metal sleeves have a large influence on the overall performance as well as on the cost of the sawing cord. The inventors propose the method of metal injection molding to make the metal sleeves in large quantities with an optimized geometry which is not possible with the current methods for making the metal sleeves. Over and above the inventive sleeves are particularly well suited for application of the abrasive layer by means of laser cladding. Beads made by laser cladding on the inventive metal sleeves as well as sawing cords comprising such beads are therefore part of the invention.
