摘要: Provided is a turbine housing that comprises: a scroll unit; a flat annular cover (6) that is disposed in a state where one end face abuts a flanged portion (20a) of the scroll unit and that is welded to the flanged portion (20a); an annular seal portion (4) that extends from a basal end (4a) welded to the inner circumferential side of the other end face of the annular cover (6) to the distal end (4b) disposed further to the exterior than the basal end (4a) in the radial direction and that comprises a member that can be elastically deformed; and a plurality of threaded bushings (16) that are each welded in a plurality of locations on the outer circumferential side of the other end face of the annular cover (6) and that have fastening holes (16a) for fastening bolts (40) inserted along the direction of the axis of rotation. A sealing region that extends around the entire circumference of the axis of rotation is formed by elastically deforming the annular seal portion (4) by the distal end (4b) being in contact with the outer circumferential face (30c) of a bearing housing (30) by way of the bearing housing (30) being pressed toward the annular cover (6) via a seat face of a washer (41).

摘要: Bolt holes 16 are formed in a joint part 14 of a turbine housing 12, with flanged bolts 40 screwed in the bolt holes 16. A flange part 32 of a bearing housing 30 is sandwiched between bearing surfaces 44a of the flanged bolts 40 and an inner end face 14b of the joint part 14. A sealing ring 48 is interposed in an annular space s. Before the flanged bolts 40 are fastened, there is formed a height difference G equivalent to a compression allowance h for the sealing ring 48, between an outer end face 60a of the joint part 14 and a bolt receiving surface 32a of the flange part 32. The flanged bolts 40 are screwed into the bolt holes 16 until the bearing surfaces 44a make tight contact with the outer end face 60a so as to resiliently deform the sealing ring 48.

摘要: A compressor includes: an impeller including a hub and a plurality of blades disposed on an outer surface of the hub; and a housing which houses the impeller. The housing includes: a shroud section facing the outer surface of the hub to form a fluid flow path between the shroud section and the outer surface, and surrounding the impeller; and a casing section formed integrally with the shroud section and supporting the shroud section. The shroud section includes a first resin-based material having a static tensile strength of at least 65 MPa and no more than 200 MPa and a breaking strain of no more than 0.3 mm/mm at a temperature of 100° C. The casing section includes a second resin-based material having a static tensile strength of at least 40 MPa and a breaking strain of at least 0.1 mm/mm at a temperature of 100° C.

摘要: An object is to provide a sheet-metal turbine housing reinforced by a readily-manufacturable structure, the sheet-metal turbine housing also having a small thickness and improved containment performance. A sheet-metal turbine housing includes: a scroll part forming an exhaust gas channel of a scroll shape in a turbocharger for driving a turbine with exhaust gas of an engine, the scroll part comprising sheet metal; and at least one rib portion of a protrusion shape formed on an outer wall surface of the scroll part at a radially outer side of an inlet edge of a turbine blade along a circumferential direction of the scroll part, the at least one rib portion protruding either outward or inward, or both, and including a bend and bend-back structure formed on the sheet metal forming the scroll part.
