摘要: The valve device includes: a valve casing that includes a valve casing main body, in which an inlet flow path, an intermediate flow path, and an outlet flow path are formed, and a lid portion that closes an external opening portion formed in the valve casing main body; an intermediate valve seat portion that is detachable from the valve casing main body; a strainer that extends in a direction connecting the lid portion and the intermediate valve seat portion and is disposed between the lid portion and the intermediate valve seat portion; and an energizing member that is disposed between the strainer and the intermediate valve seat portion and is energized the intermediate valve seat portion toward the valve casing main body. The strainer is disposed with the energizing member pressed toward the valve casing main body.

摘要: A stop valve includes a connection-switching part capable of switching a connection state between a rod part having an end portion which is connected to a valve disc and an actuator part which linearly moves the rod part. The connection-switching part includes a concave engaging part which is recessed the rod part, a casing having an accommodation space joined to the concave engaging part formed therein, a plurality of frame pieces, a sleeve part which is movable between the frame piece accommodation position and a frame piece detachment position, and a gas introduction part through which a gas is introduced into the accommodation space. The sleeve part moves from the frame piece detachment position to the frame piece accommodation position using the gas. The casing is in contact with the frame pieces at the frame piece accommodation position when moving toward the second side in the central axis direction.

摘要: A valve device includes a valve casing 21, an intermediate rod portion 29, and an intermediate actuator unit 30. In the valve casing 21, a rod insertion hole into which the intermediate rod portion 29 can be inserted is formed. The intermediate actuator unit 30 includes a hydraulic cylinder that causes a piston rod portion to advance and retreat in a direction orthogonal to a second center axis direction D2. The hydraulic cylinder includes a rod guide portion that guides movement of the piston rod portion. A gap between an inner circumferential surface of the rod insertion hole and an outer circumferential surface of the intermediate rod portion 29 is formed to be wider than a gap between an inner circumferential surface of the rod guide portion and an outer circumferential surface of the piston rod portion.

摘要: To provide redundancy to a link mechanism provided in a steam turbine. A backup device for a link mechanism includes a stand-by plate suspended from a regulating valve lever as a first link and located immediately below a contact stopper provided on a main rod as a second link. The backup device preferably further includes a clamp that is provided on the regulating valve lever and suspends the stand-by plate. If the links are disjoined due to damage to a joint that joins the links of the link mechanism and thus the main rod is disengaged from the regulating valve lever by its own weight, the contact stopper provided on the main rod is locked by the stand-by plate located immediately below the contact stopper.

A stop valve device used in a steam turbine includes: a plurality of valves arranged in a chamber into which steam flows; a casing in which the chamber and a plurality of steam channels are formed; and a pressure receiving plate configured to receive pressure of the steam in the chamber to hold two or more valve seats of the two or more valves on the casing.
