    摘要： A method for preparing a readily pelletizable product from a pulverized finely divided alfalfa hay product. The hay powder is centrifugally separated in a chamber into an overflow and underflow portion. Some of the underflow containing heavier and larger particles than the overflow, is recycled to the separation chamber so that the average size of the overflow particles is substantially increased. Recycling increases the average size of the overflow particles to a sufficient extent that they are readily formed into durable pellets particularly well suited for animal litter.
