    摘要: A device, system and method for rebroadcasting communication data with additional context data is provided. A device detects communication data broadcast on a first radio channel by a radio device associated with a first user. In response to determining that the communication data meets given criteria for rebroadcasting, the device: determines additional context data associated with one or more of the radio device and the first user; identifies one or more second radio channels for rebroadcast of the communication data; and causes at least a portion of the communication data and the additional context data to be broadcast on the one or more second radio channels, the additional context data being broadcast in a channel-compatible format one or more of preceding, succeeding and embedded in the portion of the communication data.

A device accesses: historical patrol route information indicating patrol routes taken for each of a plurality of time periods, each of the patrol routes taken by a respective uniquely identified responder; and historical crime information indicating actual crime rates for the patrol routes taken. The device receives a request to assign responders to respective patrol routes and responsively: determines available responders for the upcoming time period; determines, based on the available responders and the historical crime information, a mapping of the available responders to the respective patrol routes that reduces and/or minimizes an expected crime rate for the upcoming time period across the respective patrol routes; and based on the mapping, causes the available responders to be dispatched to the respective patrol routes for the upcoming time period.

    摘要: A device, system and method for deploying communication devices based on historic incidents is provided. Predicted incident risks for a given time are determined for regions, based on distance and time differences of historic incidents, relative to the given time and a region over a first time period and a distance from a region, and incident prediction parameters for weighting the differences. From the predicted incident risks, a subset of the regions having highest predicted incident risks is determined, and a prediction efficiency is determined based on a number of the incidents in the subset relative to a total number of the incidents for the regions. The first time period, the distance, and the incident prediction parameters are varied when determining the predicted incident risks and the subset, to maximize the prediction efficiency for the second time period. Commands are generated for deploying communication devices to the subset.
