    Abstract: An audio controller device and method of operation thereof. The audio controller device includes a memory for storing audio data and a plurality of primary audio control interfaces. An electronic processor at the audio controller device is configured to identify a plurality of audio segments from the audio data based on a plurality of contextual parameters associated with the audio data, associate each of the plurality of audio segments to a respective one of the primary audio control interfaces, and control a playback operation associated with the respective one of the audio segments when an input is received at one or more of the primary audio control interfaces. The electronic processor controls the playback operation by varying a playback speed rate associated with the respective one of the audio segments when the input is received at one or more of the primary audio control interfaces.

    Abstract: Methods and systems for differentiating an object in a video. One system includes an electronic computing device including an electronic processor configured to determine context information associated with a video. The electronic processor is further configured to determine an object included in the video to be differentiated from other objects included in the video. The electronic processor is further configured to determine a level of differentiation for the object based on the context information. The electronic processor is further configured to alter the video to create an altered video that shows the object differentiated from the other objects in accordance with the level of differentiation. The electronic processor is further configured to provide the altered video to a display.

    Abstract: Methods and systems for establishing a moderated communication channel. One system includes an electronic computing device including a network interface configured to receive and transmit communications between a communication device and a plurality of network-connectable devices. The electronic computing device further includes an electronic processor configured to establish a first communication channel between the communication device and a first network-connectable device over which the electronic computing device receives a first data feed relating to a public safety incident from the first network-connectable device. The electronic processor is further configured to receive and queue a second data feed from a second network-connectable device. The electronic processor is further configured to determine that the second data feed relates to the public safety incident, and in response to this determination, establish a moderated communication channel between the communication device, the first network-connectable device, and the second network-connectable device.

    Abstract: A device, system and method for adjusting volume on talkgroups is provided. A controller determines that a given user is communicating in a talkgroup that includes a plurality of participants different from the given user, the controller having access to a memory storing historical biometric data indicative of stress for the given user. When a comparison of current biometric data of the given user with the historical biometric data indicates that the given user is in a stressed state: differentially increasing volume, in the talkgroup, of one participant, of the plurality of participants, relative to other participants of the plurality of participants, based on context data of one or more of the talkgroup and the plurality of participants.
