Abstract: A system and method for establishing a dynamic privacy zone for an object. In operation, an electronic computing device receives a request from an electronic tag associated with an object to establish a dynamic privacy zone for the object. The request includes location data indicating a real-time location of the object. The electronic computing device identifies a camera having a field of view overlapping with the real-time location of the object. The electronic computing device converts the real-time location of the object into a corresponding pixel location on the field of view of the camera. The electronic computing device then establishes a dynamic privacy zone for the object within the field of view of the camera as a function of the corresponding pixel location.

Abstract: Secure communication in a geographic incident area is disclosed. Computer-implemented methods are also disclosed, one of which is for restricting access to a resource and includes generating a key and splitting it into N key parts (where N is an integer greater than two). The method also includes encrypting the N key parts. The method also includes transmitting, over a network, to a device: the N encrypted key parts; and identifying information for N secret objects expected to be visible within the area. Each of the N encrypted key parts is decryptable based on at least one video analytics-discernable object attribute for each respective secret object of the N secret objects. The method also includes allowing an additional entity to access the resource only by presentation of a complete key formed from decrypted versions of less than all of the N key parts.

Abstract: A device, system and method for emergency audio transmission is provided. A server receives, over a broadband network, a request to make an emergency audio transmission to a talk group. The request is received from a first push-to-talk (PTT) device communicatively connected with the talk group over a narrow band network at which a second PTT device of the talk group has floor control. In response to granting the request, the server receives, from the first PTT device, an audio transmission over the broadband network, and transmits the audio transmission to the talk group via the broadband network.
