摘要: Apparatus and method for modifying future workflows based on information received at current day. The method includes receiving, at an electronic processor, information corresponding to an object of interest and analyzing, using the electronic processor, the information to identify one or more attributes corresponding to the object of interest affecting an incident workflow for the object of interest. The method also includes generating, using the electronic processor, a modified incident workflow for the object of interest based on the incident workflow and the one or more attributes and storing, in a database, the modified incident workflow and a trigger condition corresponding to the modified incident workflow such that the modified incident workflow and the trigger condition are related to the object of interest in the database. The trigger condition is generated based on the one or more attributes.

摘要: Methods and systems of breaking pursuit of a target. One example embodiment includes an electronic processor configured to develop a first identifier for the target and determine a breaking junction and an intercept point associated with a cornering route. The processor is configured to determine a geographical area associated with at least one possible target flee route for the target and determine a second identifier for an object within the geographical area. The processor is configured to develop a discrimination factor representing a degree of differentiation of the first identifier from the second identifier. The processor is configured to predict whether the discrimination factor will exceed a threshold when the pursuit asset arrives at the breaking junction. The processor is configured to, in response to the discrimination factor exceeding the threshold, notify the pursuit asset to break pursuit of the target at the breaking junction to execute the cornering route.

摘要: Systems and methods for dynamically assigning priority for shared spectrum communication systems. One method includes receiving, via a communication interface of a base station, a call request from a first communication device identifying a second communication device and a first spectrum priority level for the first communication device. The method includes establishing a call, having the first priority level, between the first and second communication devices. The method includes determining a second spectrum priority level for the second communication device, and, when the second priority level is lower than the first priority level, transmitting, to a spectrum manager, a priority assignment request to assign the first priority level to the second communication device after the call is terminated. The method includes, when a priority expiration threshold has been met, transmitting a second priority assignment request to the spectrum manager to assign the second priority level to the second communication device.

摘要: A method and apparatus for changing a talkgroup icon is provided herein. During operation a current public-safety incident is determined. Based on the current public safety incident, a talkgroup icon will be determined and pushed to the various radios that are members of the talkgroup. When a radio displays a list of talkgroups (or a single talkgroup), each talkgroup will be accompanied by the unique icon that identifies a public-safety incident related to the talkgroup. This allows a user of the radio to identify a current conversation on a particular talkgroup without having to monitor the particular talkgroup.

摘要: Systems and methods for processing digital image data representing multiple views of an object of interest use a sparse set of digital images along with object of interest profiling to provide a photo gallery for evidence-related workflows. Digital images are related to each other on the basis of common objects of interest represented in the images and their orientations within the views depicted in each image. Object of interest profile datasets, including spatial orientation data, enable efficient tracking of photography sessions in which a set of prescribed views of an object of interest are meant to be captured, as well as object-orientation-based photo gallery navigation. The systems recognize of a set of physical gestures that enable a user to intuitively navigate among digital images depicting different views of an object of interest based on how they were physically related to each other when captured.

摘要: A computer-implemented method includes detecting, by operation of video analytics, an object within a portion of initial video captured by a security camera. The security camera is within and forms a part of a security system site. The computer-implemented method also includes transmitting, to at least one computing device that is remote from the security system site, a request that includes video data. The request relates to the object and the initial video. A response is received from the at least one computing device. The response includes computer readable instructions, retrieved from storage remote from the security system site, for at least one temporary analytic. The at least one temporary analytic is initiated to act upon the initial video or subsequent video captured by the security camera.

摘要: A process for protecting confidentiality of audio messages that are received at an electronic computing device for providing a corresponding audio output at electronic audio output devices. In operation, the electronic computing device partitions the audio message into audio content segments, where each audio content segment is assigned to a respective confidentiality level. The electronic computing device determines a current exposure level of the electronic audio output device. The electronic computing device further determines whether the audio message is to be modified based on a current exposure level of the electronic audio output device and the respective confidentiality level assigned to each audio content segment. An audio output corresponding to the modified audio message is provided at the electronic audio output device when it is determined that the audio message is to be modified.
