    Abstract: Techniques for reconfiguring a second camera based on a first camera are provided. An event of interest is identified at a first camera using a first analytic. The event of interest occurring in a portion of a field of view of the first camera. A second camera whose field of view includes at least a portion of the event of interest in a field of view of the second camera is identified. It is determined that the second camera is equipped with a second analytic, the second analytic not currently operating on the at least a portion of the event of interest in the field of view of the second camera. The second camera is reconfigured to perform the second analytic on the at least the portion of the event of interest in the field of view of the second camera.

    Abstract: A process of deploying a virtual assistant at an electronic media device to obtain information related to a public-safety incident. An electronic computing device captures a real-time digital audio and/or video stream from a first user under interrogation in relation to the incident and further processes the captured stream to determine that a second user has potential information related to the incident. The electronic computing device then determines that a virtual assistant is not currently deployed at an electronic media device that is identified as positioned at a current location of the second user. When it is determined that the electronic media device is capable of hosting a virtual assistant, the electronic computing device transmits an instruction to deploy a virtual assistant at the electronic media device and further perform an interrogation of the second user to obtain information related to the public-safety incident via the deployed virtual assistant.

    Abstract: A method and cloud-based resource management service is provides for optimizing a resource sharing process in a multi-tenant communication system. A resource sharing process is established electronically between a first tenant and a second tenant in the multi-tenant communication system. The resource sharing process establishes a first expected resource usage at the first tenant and a second expected resource usage at the second tenant. The cloud-based resource management service determines electronically a first actual resource usage at the first tenant and a second actual resource usage at the second tenant. The cloud-based resource management service utilizes electronically the first actual resource usage and the second actual resource usage to recommend modification of the resource sharing process.
