摘要: A coil assembly, e.g., for use a valve, is disclosed. The coil assembly includes a coil arrangement including at least one electrically energizable coil, a coil ring carrier receiving the coil arrangement, and a flux conducting device for conducting magnetic field lines of a magnetic field provided via the coil arrangement. The flux conducting device includes a one-piece ferromagnetic pole ring that includes a ring base plate and a plurality of pole ring outer teeth arranged on an outer edge of the ring base plate and angularly bent over on fold-over outer edge regions of the ring base plate. The flux conducting device further includes a one-piece ferromagnetic counter-pole ring that includes a counter-ring base plate and a plurality of counter-pole ring outer teeth arranged on a counter-outer edge of the counter-ring base plate and angularly bent over on counter-fold-over outer edge regions of the counter-ring base plate.

The electric valve includes an electric machine including a rotor and a stator interacting with the rotor during operation. A valve body is drive-connected with the rotor. The rotor, the stator, and the valve body are arranged in a valve housing. The valve housing, in an axial direction outside includes a bottom, and a connector projects axially from the bottom. At least one wing projects from the bottom, the at least one wing extending obliquely to the axial direction at least in portions and resiliently supports the bottom on the front side.

摘要: A positioning device for mechanically actuating a component may include a housing with first and second housing parts welded to one another via an axial welded connection. The first and second housing parts may have integrally formed first and second bearing points, respectively, of a bearing within the housing. The positioning device may also include a gearing fixed in the housing, the gearing having an output shaft penetrating the second housing part and being drive-connectable with the component outside the housing, and an output wheel non-rotationally fixed on the output shaft and rotatably mounted in the bearing. The positioning device may further include a rotary position detector with a permanent magnet and a Hall sensor, the permanent magnet being arranged on a gear wheel of the output shaft or on the output shaft at an end face of the output shaft, and the Hall sensor being arranged on the first housing part. End faces of the first and second bearing points may interact axially with first and second bearing surfaces, respectively, of the output wheel located opposite each other. The bearing may have a predetermined axial play defined by a difference between an outer axial distance between the first and second bearing points and an inner axial distance between the first and second bearing surfaces.

摘要: A controlling device may include an actuator for mechanically actuating a component. The actuator may be driven by an electric motor. The controlling device provides a return spring. In the case of a failure of the electric motor, the return spring brings about a shifting of the actuator into a starting position. The return spring may be mounted in the controlling device so that it prestresses the actuator into the starting position with a predetermined minimum restoring force.

The threaded bush may include an external thread. The valve body may be partially adjustably received in the threaded bush along the axial direction. The permanent magnet body may be of a pot-shaped design and may be arranged in the housing. The permanent magnet body may extend the threaded bush along the axial direction such that the valve body is partially received in a valve body receptacle surrounded by the permanent magnet body. The permanent magnet body may surround a radially outside of the threaded bush in a common transition portion. In the transition portion, the permanent magnet body may be firmly connected to the threaded bush via a latching connection.
