摘要： A method of preparing parts list system used for part numbers management, composed of a parts table database and a parts list controller. The parts table database includes a parts list which stores a state data and a part number data. The state data indicates a progress state of a part. The part number data includes a number of the part as an identifier. The method comprises preparing a part list storing the state data and part number data, setting the state data to indicate permission to change a part number, assigning a tentative part number, setting the state data after changing design of the part, defining the tentative part number as a normal part number, and checking validation of the tentative part number versus used part numbers and whether the tentative part number complies with predetermined rules for each part number data.

摘要： A parts list system used for part number management is composed of a parts table database and a parts list controller. The parts table database includes a parts list which stores a state data and a part number data. The state data indicates a progress state of a part. And the part number data includes a number of the part as an identifier. The parts list controller inhibits change of the part number data, when the state data indicates prohibition of the change of the part number data.

摘要： A parts list system includes a parts list database and a parts list control section. The parts list database stores a parts list of an apparatus. The parts list relates a part number of a part of the apparatus, part data indicating properties of the part, and a status data indicating each stage of a process of a design change. The parts list control section generates the status data based on the stage. The parts list control section makes a relation among the status data, the part number and the part data, and stores the status data in the parts list database. Then, the parts list control section controls operations of changes of the part number and the part data in the parts list, based on the status data.

The CAD section generates a CAD figure of a part included in an apparatus based on design reference data, and extracts a part number of the part, configuration part numbers of configuration parts of the part and attribute data from the CAD figure. The parts list section generates the parts list based on the part number, the configuration part numbers and the attribute data from the CAD figure and the design reference data.
