摘要: A processing method of NPR steel rebar coil is disclosed. The NPR steel rebar is cold processed and has a diameter of less than 14 mm, and has a yield strength of 800˜950 MPa, a tensile strength of 900˜1100 MPa, and a elongation of not less than 20%. The processing method comprises: a I-shaped placing step L20, an uncoiling step L30, a flattening step L40, a pointing step L50, a butt welding step L60, a hydraulic head-pushing step L70, a cold drawn smoothing step L80, a grit blasting step L90, an in-situ inline annealing step L10, an air-cooled tempering step L11, a coiling step L12, a placing step L13, a flattening step L14, a cold drawn spiral ribbing step L15, a straightening step L16, and a coiling step L17. The method can achieve full intelligence, meet the processing requirements and the automatic intelligent production requirements of NPR steel rebar coil.

摘要: An NPR steel material for rock bolt and a production method thereof are disclosed. The NPR steel material for rock bolt has a composition, in weight percent, consisting of: C: 0.4-0.7%, Mn: 15-20%, Si: ≤0.1%, Cu: ≤0.03%, Cr: ≤0.01%, Ni: ≤0.02%, S: ≤0.001%, P: ≤0.001%, and the rest being Fe and unavoidable impurity elements. The NPR steel material for rock bolt and the production method thereof effectively solve the problem that rock bolts in the prior art have low tensile strength and low effective elongation. The NPR steel material for rock bolt has a yield strength adjustable in the range of 500-1100 MPa, and an elongation adjustable in the range of 10-80%.

摘要: An NPR non-magnetic steel material for rock bolt and a production method thereof are disclosed. The NPR non-magnetic steel material for rock bolt and the production method thereof effectively solve the problems of steel materials for rock bolt in the prior art such as strong magnetism, low tensile strength and low effective elongation. The NPR non-magnetic steel material for rock bolt has a fully-austenitized structure and is non-magnetic, its yield strength is adjustable in the range of 600-1000 MPa, and its elongation is adjustable in the range of 20-60%.

摘要: An NPR rock bolt according to the present disclosure comprises a bolt body (1), a tray (2) and a lock (3). The bolt body (1) is an NPR spiral steel bar, an outer surface of the NPR spiral steel bar is provided with a number of convex spiral ribs, and the spiral ribs have a spiral structure. The tray (2) and the lock (3) are directly sleeved on a tail of the NPR spiral steel bar. The NPR bolt according to the present disclosure can effectively solve the problem in the prior art that conventional rock bolts have a low elongation and cannot meet the requirement of large deformation of the surrounding rock.
