摘要： A method for advancing and supporting an underground mine gallery in which a groove following the outline of the cross-section of the mine gallery is formed in the mine face and simultaneously thereto a plurality of bore holes are drilled in the part of the mine face located inwardly of the groove, in which a support frame is then placed into the groove and braced against the surrounding rock, whereafter explosives placed in the bore holes are exploded to remove the part inwardly of the groove from the mine face, while the loose material formed during the preceding steps is transported away from the mine face; and a machine for carrying out the method which is advanced after the above-mentioned steps are performed, whereafter the above-mentioned steps are repeated to thus advance the underground mine gallery while properly supporting the same during such advance.

摘要： Process and device for controlling longwall shearing and heading machines along a cut horizon between coal and rock. The horizon is produced by a cutting tool arrangement attached to the machine and followed by a sensor which distinguishes between coal and rock. The values measured by the sensor are converted to control impulses which guide the cutting tool in the cut horizon. Mineral samples are taken, continuously or at short distances apart, behind the cutting tool arrangement, and the sample material is analyzed in the sensor. The result of the analysis is compared with a standard value and the deviation from the theoretical value is used as the value of the control impulses.

摘要： In hinge tracks with rubber mountings (5) in which rubber-lined tubular steel bushes mount track pivot pins (20), the pin ends are usually provided with screwthreaded projection portions so that the steel bushes (10) are motion-free braced relative to each other and relative to the track pivot pins (20) by means of nuts. In order to improve the useful life of the rubber mounting (5) and reduce maintenance, a rubber-lined spreadable bush (10) with at least one dividing gap (11) is proposed instead of the tubular bush. The internal width (25) of the bush (10) which is pressed into position is less than the diameter (27) of the track pivot pin (20). The inserted track pivot pin (20) expands the bush (10) which is pressed into the chain link member (1). In that case the track pivot pin (20) is braced in the bush (10) and is fixed in its longitudinal direction by frictional engagement and in the peripheral direction by frictional engagement and/or positively locking engagement. The screw for bracing the bushes (10) are eliminated and an increase in the rubber mounting surface is achieved by virtue of using the screwthread space of the screwthread arrangement. That affords an increased service life for the rubber mounting in a maintenance-free design configuration.

The connecting locations which are formed as hinge members vulcanized into the belt segments include tubular sections with inserted tubes or track pins, as well as arms arranged at a lateral spacing from each other, whereby the arms retain the tie anchor which is formed as a connecting pin or bolt. The inserts consist of at least two endless fabric bands or webs arranged at a spacing adjacent each other, the arms terminating proximate a nonelastic bending region of a rubber or track dog, or transversely stiff traverse, and in which the hinge members possess laterally arranged arms.
