Abstract:
A process analysis tool simulates the dependency of token arrival on performance of a business process. For example, the process analysis tool includes a token generator and a feedback module. The token generator schedules arrival of tokens to a business process simulator and, using feedback that depends on state of a process model, adjusts a parameter that characterizes the arrival of tokens. In particular, the adjustment can simulate the adverse effects of customer perception of processing cycle time and/or queue length on the arrival of tokens. The feedback module generates the feedback for the token generator. In this way, the process analysis tool simulates how the arrival of tokens depends on performance of the process model. A business analyst, other user or automated testing tool can use the process analysis tool to gain a better understanding of resource requirements or lost opportunities for a business process.
Abstract:
Systems, methods, and computer program products for controlling a drone using a tether. A drone is coupled to a distal end of the tether, and a force sensor measures one or more force parameters exerted on the drone by the tether. The force parameters are in turn used to generate control parameters, and the control parameters provided to a flight controller. The flight controller generates one or more propulsion parameters based on the control parameters, and provides the propulsion parameters to respective propulsion units of the drone. The drone can thereby be controlled by manipulating a proximate end of the tether, which changes the force parameters measured by the force sensor.

User input to a web service including content from one or more media providers is subjected to a security analysis based on extracting whitelisted attributes and/or properties, the extracted attributes/properties validated, a template selected based on a source of the content, and a secure embedded code generated based on the whitelisted attributes/properties if the source is also a whitelisted source. The generated secure embedded code may then be provided as content by the web service.

Abstract:
The invention provides processes for obtaining a precursor for insulin, analogs or derivatives thereof having correctly bonded cystine bridges. The process involves solubilizing a precursor of insulin, insulin analog or derivatives in an aqueous solution or a buffer containing cysteine or cysteine hydrochloride and one or more of chaotropic auxiliary. The solubilized precursors are refolded by adding diluent to the solubilized mixture (reverse dilution). Further, the solubilized precursors, wherein the concentration of precursor in reaction mixture is more than 0.65 g/litre can also be refolded by diluting the reaction mixture with a diluent optionally comprising about 5-40% v/v of one or more of alcoholic or aprotic solvents.

Abstract:
The present invention provides a device for feeding pulverized coal to a furnace, such as a drop tube furnace. The feeding system consists of a feed hopper, a pneumatic vibrator positioned on the periphery of the feeder hopper, a needle valve arrangement in the said feed hopper, a depth gauge micrometer, a distribution chamber with primary and secondary airline at the bottom of the said feed hopper. Adjusting the pressure of compressed air allows setting of the frequency of vibration of the pneumatic vibrator. The needle valve arrangement in conjunction with the vibratory hopper controls the feed rate. The rate of coal flow is measured by the depth gauge micrometer. The distribution chamber with primary and secondary airline at the bottom of the said feed hopper allows uniform mixing of air with coal before being charged into the furnace reactor.
