    摘要: The present invention discloses bone grasping tongs for seizing bones or bone fragments. The tongs comprise two mutually pivotable tongs levers fitted with clamping tips at the ends of the tongs levers for seizing the bone. The tongs further comprise a locking element to detachably lock the relative position of the tongs levers and a connecting member to connect with an additional component within an external fixation device. The locking element is located at a distance from the axis of rotation and the longitudinal axis of the connecting member is situated in the plane of pivoting of the tongs lever. The present invention also discloses an external fixation device for externally fixating bone fractures. The device comprises at least one bone grasping tongs, one elongated support, and at least one clamp which detachably connects the connecting member of a bone grasping tongs and an elongated support in a mutually rotatable manner.

    摘要: A curved positioning and insertion instrument for inserting a guide wire into the femur has a curved guide tube with a distal end to be placed on the trochanter and/or the medial muscle and a proximal end for inserting a guide wire. The instrument also has a holding arm that links the guide tube to a handle. A positioning hook fitted with at least one correction bore for receiving the guide wire or another guide wire is arranged at the distal end of the guide tube. This structure makes it possible to easily insert further or additional guide wires relative to a reference guide wire.

    摘要: A specially shaped hole in an aiming device which enables the surgeon to perform an incision through the aiming device transverse hole in a plane that contains nail hole axis. Incision is therefore important to prevent undesirable side pull stress over the drill guide inserted through the aiming device transverse hole, which causes apparent problems in order to fit the drill through the hole in the nail. Thus, at least one screw for interlocking the nail with surrounding bone can accurately be installed.
