摘要: A cover for an aperture in a vehicle wall for a handbrake lever includes various elements. For example, the cover might include an opening region with an opening through which the force-transmitting means can pass and a support region for supporting the cover on the wall. In addition, the opening region might slidably attach to the handbrake lever, such that the opening region slides when the handbrake lever is adjusted. A flexible wall element at least partially attaches over the opening region and the support region, and spring devices are attached to the opening region and the support region to provide tension to the flexible wall element.

摘要: The invention relates to a cover 1 for an aperture in a wall, in particular a vehicle wall, for a rod-like force-transmitting means, in particular a handbrake lever. The cover has an opening region 2 with a through-opening 3 through which the force-transmitting means can pass and a support region 4 for supporting the cover on the wall. For adaptation to a change of position of the actuated force-transmitting means at least in a plane of movement at least approximately perpendicular to an opening axis a of the through-opening 3, the opening region 2 of the cover 1 can be coupled to the force-transmitting means in a movement-effecting manner such that its position can be changed with respect to the aperture.For planar covering of the aperture there is provided a flexible wall element 10 which is connected to the opening region 2 and to the support region 4 or is connectable to the opening region 2 and to the aperture, and which covers at least a gap between support region 4 and through-opening 3. In addition, a spring device 5 by means of which the flexible wall element 10 can be tensioned is provided.

摘要: This invention relates to high voltage electrical or power systems and in particular to a method and device for monitoring partial discharges in high voltage electrical or power systems. The method comprises defining a low trigger level and a high trigger level electrical pulse amplitude levels, monitoring at least one phase of the electrical system for an occurrence of a pulse within a defined minor time frame; detecting a peak amplitude of a pulse occurring in the electrical system within the minor time frame; determining if the detected peak amplitude of the pulse exceeds the lower and higher trigger levels; assigning a pulse number to the pulse if the peak amplitude of the pulse exceeds the trigger levels; capturing the pulse if the pulse number associated with the pulse is less than a predetermined pulse number threshold in the minor time frame; and storing the captured pulses in a memory.

The method comprising capturing a plurality of time domain waveforms, and a plurality of scatter plots; receiving the plurality of captured time domain waveforms and scatter plots; applying a fast fourier transform (FFT) to each of the received time domain waveforms as it is received thereby to receive FFT outputs; storing the FFT outputs in a database; generating a statistically representative spectrograph or spectrogram in the frequency domain based on at least the stored FFT outputs and scatter plots or data associated with the scatter plots, combining constituent FFTs of the statistically representative spectrograph or spectrogram in such a manner as to emulate the result that would be produced by an EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) receiver or spectrum analyzer; and combining resultant outputs from a number of iterations of this process to produce a final result (EMI spectrum).
