摘要: The invention relates to a bottle container with a handle. A mounting projecting portion projects from the bottle body, and the handle member has a handle portion connected to a mounting hole that allows the mounting projecting portion to be inserted thereinto. The handle member is mounted on the bottle body by inserting the mounting projecting portion into the mounting hole, and then rotating the mounting projecting portion around a central axis of the mounting projecting portion relative to the bottle body. The inner peripheral surface of the mounting hole has an abutting portion that abuts with an engaging recessed groove in the outer surface of the mounting projecting portion. The mounting portion has a guide portion that slides on a sliding surface of the outer surface of the mounting projecting portion with the relative rotation of the handle member and the bottle body, and guides the relative rotation.

摘要: The invention relates to a bottle body and a handle member mounted on the bottle body. A mounting projecting portion forming a polygonal cross-sectional shape projects from the bottle body, and the handle member is provided with a mounting hole forming a substantially rectangular cross-sectional shape into which the mounting projecting portion is inserted. The handle member is mounted on the bottle body such that four side portions of the mounting hole are brought into pressure contact with a pair of lateral pressure-contacting portions and a pair of axial pressure-contacting portions on the outer peripheral edge of the polygonal cross-sectional shape by inserting the mounting projecting portion into the mounting hole, and then relatively rotating the bottle body and the handle member. Accordingly, a bottle container with a handle having simple structure and capable of firmly fixing the bottle body and the handle member to each other can be provided.

摘要: The invention relates to a bottle container with a handle which includes a bottle body and a handle member mounted on the bottle body. A mounting projecting portion which forms a polygonal cross-sectional shape is provided so as to project from the bottle body, and the handle member is provided with a mounting hole which forms a substantially rectangular cross-sectional shape and which allows the mounting projecting portion to be inserted thereinto. An outer peripheral edge of the polygon formed by the cross-section of the mounting projecting portion is provided with a pair of lateral pressure-contacting portions which extend along a central axis of the bottle body, and a pair of axial pressure-contacting portions which extend in a direction orthogonal to the central axis. The handle member is mounted on the bottle body in a state where four side portions of the mounting hole are brought into pressure contact with the pair of lateral pressure-contacting portions and the pair of axial pressure-contacting portions, respectively, by inserting the mounting projecting portion into the mounting hole, and then rotating the bottle body and the handle member relative to each other. According to the invention, a bottle container with a handle having simple structure and capable of firmly fixing the bottle body and the handle member to each other can be provided.

摘要: There is provided a synthetic resin bottle having high commercial value, which prevents plastic deformation accompanied with buckling. The invention provides a PET bottle comprising a body portion connected to a mouth portion via a shoulder portion, and a constricted portion provided on the body portion and looping along the circumferential direction. The body portion comprises a front wall and a back wall which face to each other, a left sidewall and a right sidewall which face to each other, and connecting portion which respectively join the walls. The cross section of the body portion along the circumferential direction a generally polygonal outer profile. The constricted portion comprises left lateral grooves extending from the left sidewall at least to the connecting portion along the circumferential direction, right lateral grooves extending from the right sidewall at least to the connecting portion along the circumferential direction and intermittent portions formed by spacing apart adjacent terminal ends of the lateral grooves.

摘要: A technical problem of this invention especially in the case of large-size bottles is to form a grip, without changing the bottle shape to a large extent, so that the body can be firmly held. The object of this invention is to provide a synthetic resin square bottle that can be used reliably because the bottle can be held firmly with a hand. A major means of solving the problem is a synthetic resin square bottle comprising a body having a rectangular shape in a plane cross-section and a groove-like waist portion disposed at a middle height of the bottle, wherein a pair of recessed portions for use as finger stops are formed in respective long side walls of said rectangular body over a predetermined area ranging from said waist portion downward to ensure that a plural number of fingers can be placed in at least one recessed portion for a finger stop purpose, and wherein a grip for holding the bottle is formed from both the pair of recessed portions and the waist portion.

摘要: A container includes a top portion and a bottom portion. The top portion includes a shoulder that extends away from a neck of the container, and a grip portion. The grip portion defines an integral logo portion and is recessed within the top portion of the container. A waist or groove is provided on adjacent lateral sides of the grip portion and may include a lateral stiffening rib. The bottom portion of the container includes a plurality of vacuum panels that accommodate for internal forces tending to cause collapse of the vacuum panels during a hot-fill process. Any portion of the internal forces not accommodated by the vacuum panels in the bottom portion of the container is accommodated by an auxiliary vacuum panel, which is provided in the grip portion of the container.
