摘要: The optical displacement detecting device utilizes an encoder plate 2 mounted displaceably along a given first plane and having thereon a periodic slit pattern 1. A light source 4 is disposed behind the encoder plate 2 to illuminate the slit pattern 1 to form a primary fringe image 3 shifting along the first plane. A lens member 6 is utilized to project the primary fringe image 3 by a given magnification to form a secondary enlarged fringe image 5 shifting along a given second plane. A light receiving unit 8 is fixed in the secondary plane to optically detect the shifting secondary enlarged fringe image 5 through a periodic mask pattern to thereby output an electric signal 7 indicative of a displacement of the encoder plate 2.

摘要: An absolute encoder is comprised of a movable member formed thereon with a plurality of slit patterns to define a plurality of tracks (T.sub.1, T.sub.2) which are bit-coded according to a digital code system such as a binary coded quaternary system indicative of absolute addresses, and which are arranged in parallel manner from a higher order to a lower order. A light source irradiates an illuminating light onto the movable member. A pair of photodetector arrays 1, 2 receive the illuminating light through the slit patterns to output detection signals (A.sub.0.sup.+ -A.sub.3.sup.-) for the respective tracks. A processing circuit processes the detection signals to produce bit signals (P.sub.0 -P.sub.3) and to decode the same to read an absolute address of the movable member. This processing circuit has an operation circuit (3-20) for logically processing lower order detection signals (A.sub.0.sup.+, A.sub.0.sup.-) obtained from the lower order track T.sub.1, with higher order detection signals (A.sub.2.sup.+ -A.sub.3.sup.-) obtained from the higher order track T.sub.2 to produce the higher order bit signals P.sub.2, P.sub.3 in synchronization with either of leading and trailing edges of the lower order bit signal P.sub.0. In order to detect a great number of tracks, the illuminating light from the lower order tracks may be received through an expansion optical system, while the illuminating light from the higher order tracks may be received directly by the corresponding photodetector array.

摘要: In a printer body 2 of a printer apparatus 1, a grid roller 4 for feeding a sheet of paper 10 and a press roller 8 are arranged. Grid roller 4 is formed to have a large diameter portion and a small diameter portion smaller in diameter than the large diameter portion. The sheet of paper 10 pressed by press roller 8 toward grid roller 4 comes to be fed by the large diameter portion. The small diameter portion is formed at a portion that corresponds to a corner portion of the sheet of paper 10. Grid roller 4 is formed of a metal pipe, a resin layer coated on the surface of the pipe, and ceramic particles applied to the resin layer. Thus, a printer apparatus, in which skew of even a dog-eared paper is corrected, is obtained.

摘要: While an output tray is housed in the printer body, a tray support supports the output tray in such a manner that has the output tray lifted off a surface on which the printer is placed. In the process of pulling out the output tray from the printer body, the tray support supports the output tray in such a manner that the rear end portion of the output tray gradually comes near to the surface on which the printer is placed, and guides the output tray so that a rib, which is formed on the front end portion of the output tray, and the rear end portion of the output tray are in contact with the surface on which the printer is placed when the output tray has been completely pulled out. The output tray is supported on the two portions, i.e., on the rib and rear end portion thereof, when it has been completely pulled out. Accordingly, it can be protected from bending due to the weight of paper sheets stacked thereon so as to prevent spillage of the paper sheets from the output tray even when the stacked paper sheets are large in quantity.

摘要: A paper feeding apparatus has a fixed-side paper guide 5 and a movable-side paper guide 6. A tubular portion 7 of the movable-side paper guide 6 is slidably attached to a guide shaft 4. The guide shaft 4 is rotated by the power for feeding the paper to a paper processing section. The guide shaft 4 is provided with a helical groove 42, and a movable piece 71 having a pawl for engagement with the helical groove 42 is provided on the movable-side paper guide 6. When the guide shaft 4 rotates the movable-side paper guide 6 pushes and moves the paper to a proper position. When the paper is set in the proper position, the pawl is pushed up by a helical projection forming the helical groove 42, and is disengaged from the helical groove 42.

摘要: A flange having a first flange close to a roof panel and a second flange close to roof rail which are mutually overlapped with each other is disposed in a peripheral edge of an opening portion of a vehicle body. A peripheral edge of a window shield panel is bonded on the flange. A spacer inserting port open in both ends is provided between the first flange and the second flange. A first spacer has an inserting portion, a first engaging portion and a locating hole. The inserting portion is inserted into the spacer inserting port from one of the openings, whereby the first spacer is fixed to the flange and the first engaging portion and the locating hole are exposed from the flange. The second spacer is fixed to a peripheral edge of the window shield panel. The second spacer has a second engaging portion engageable with the first engaging portion and a locating pin insertable into the locating hole. When the locating pin is inserted into the locating hole, the second engaging portion is guided to be engaged with the first engaging portion. When the first arid second engaging portions are mutually engaged with each other, the window shield panel is positioned with respect to the flange. Accordingly, a position that both the spacers are engaged is defined without being affected by a spring back due to a press molding of the flange. Therefore, an accuracy that the window shield panel is mounted is improved.
