    摘要: Video ID photo printing apparatus corrects the complexion of a person serving as an object into a desired color without any influences caused by controlling an illumination light source and the various control section of a video image pickup apparatus, printer characteristics, and the like. In order to extract the complexion data of the person serving as an object photographed by a color TV camera, a skin-color portion in a face image is detected by a detection point setting unit. A comparator compares the detected data value with a data value of a desired standard skin color formed in advance and stored in a standard color memory. The skin color of the picked up face image is converted into a desired skin color by a look-up table in accordance with a comparison result, and the data of the desired skin color is written in a frame memory. Thereafter, the face image which is subjected to color conversion is printed by a full-color printer.

    摘要: A video printing apparatus of the present invention includes a unit for converting an input image signal to a digital signal through an A/D conversion, memory units for storing the digital signal, memory unit for storing a printing image area in an edited format, operation section for generating an address signal corresponding to a given formed dither image area and control circuit. When printing of an image is designated for one image area, a corresponding input image signal is taken out and printed on a printing sheet by a recording head. When, on the other hand, printing of an image is designated for a plurality of image areas, designated dither image areas are trimmed and edited by the memory unit into one image. The resultant image is printed, by the recording head, on the printing sheet.

    摘要: In a liquid-type developing apparatus of this invention, a developing head has a hollow portion having a slit-shaped opening having as a longitudinal direction a direction perpendicular to the convey direction of a recording sheet, and a partitioning wall for dividing the hollow portion into developing liquid flow-in and flow-out chambers and having a top portion located at the slit-shaped opening. A plurality of projecting portions and a plurality of recessed portions for constituting a developing portion are formed on the top portion of the partitioning wall. The plurality of projecting portions and recessed portions are alternately disposed at a predetermined pitch to form stripes in the longitudinal direction of the slit-shaped opening. The direction of the stripes is set to be oblique to the convey direction of the recording sheet. The height of each projecting portion is set to be equal to that of the slit-shaped opening, and the height of each recessed portion is set to be lower than that of the slit-shaped opening.

    摘要: An electrophotographic copying process utilizes a photosensitive member for electrophotography which comprises a first and a second photoconductive layer which are sensitive to radiation of a first and a second wavelength region, respectively. The photosensitive member may be selectively subjected to(A) a step of charging the photosensitive member simultaneously with an irradiation thereof with an image of an original which is formed by radiation of the first wavelength region, followed by an inverse charging which reduces the entire surface potential to substantially zero, subsequently followed by a uniform exposure by radiation of the second wavelength region, whereby a charge trapped in a portion of photosensitive member corresponding to the bright area of the image defines an electrostatic latent image, or(B) a step of charging the photosensitive member simultaneously with an irradiation thereof with an image of an original which is formed by radiation of the first wavelength region, followed by an inverse charging which reduces the surface potential to substantially zero potential, and which is in turn followed by a uniform exposure to radiation of the first wavelength region, whereby a charge trapped in a portion of photosensitive member corresponding to a bright area of the image, which has the polarity opposite to that in (A), defines an electrostatic latent image, andthe latent image may then be developed by a toner which is charged with the same polarity in either (A) or (B).

The latent image is developed with toner, and the toner image is transferred onto a record sheet by transfer means connected to a transfer bias source which is connected between the conductive member and the ground so that its terminal of the same polarity as the polarity to which the toner is charged is connected to the conductive member. A corona charger is disposed in opposing relationship with the charge retaining member. A high tension source is provided to cause a corona discharge from the corona charger. The high tension source has its one terminal connected to the conductive member and its other terminal connected to a corona discharge wire of the corona charger.
