In a gain difference calculation circuit 103, a gain difference of the input levels and the output levels is computed as a multiplier α so that a difference between the input levels and the output levels are eliminated or adjusted to be within a certain value. The outputs of the digital channel filters 217 and 218 are multiplied by the multiplier α in multiplier units 104 and 105. The multiplication results are outputted as corrected digital signals to a subsequent digital signal processing circuit.

    摘要: To provide an orthogonal frequency division multiplex modem circuit which can multiplex signals, whose bit rates and QoS are different from one another, and can transmit the signals via one OFDM line. A serial/parallel converter converts input signals into a complex parallel signal respectively, and a sub carrier and a modulation system are assigned every communication channel. A randomizer changes the alignment sequence of the signal, a discrete inverse Fourier transformer processes the signal, a parallel/serial converter converts the signal into a serial signal, and a transmitter performs the orthogonal modulation of the signal to output the signal from an antenna. A receiver performs orthogonal demodulation of the signal received with an antenna, a serial/parallel converter converts the signal into a parallel signal, and a discrete Fourier transformer processes the parallel signal. In addition, a de-randomizer restores the alignment sequence of the subcarriers into the original condition, and a parallel/serial converter decodes and outputs the signal.

    摘要: This invention is regarding a frequency shifting circuit suitable for a digital demodulator in a multi-carrier communications system. After converting analog signal vectors to the input signal vectors according to a predetermined sampling clock, control data is generated from a frequency difference between sub-carrier bands and center carrier band. A signal vector rotator is provided corresponding to each of the sub-carrier bands and rotates the input signal vectors on the I-Q plane by an angle determined depending on corresponding control data to shift the sub-carrier bands of the input signal vectors to the center carrier band. A band-pass filter passes an output signal vector of the center carrier band.

Branching filter 11, detector 12 and smoothing circuit 13 in combination generate a detected voltage corresponding to an average transmission power from the mobile communication terminal equipment. Threshold setting circuit 14 generates a threshold voltage corresponding to an allowable maximum average transmission power. Voltage comparator 15 decides if the average transmission power from the mobile communication terminal equipment is higher or lower than the allowable maximum average transmission power by comparing the detected voltage with the threshold voltage. Controller 16 varies a control voltage so as to lower a gain of a variable gain amplifier 4 if the average transmission power is decided to be higher than the allowable maximum average transmission power.

    摘要: In a dual CDMA mode and FM mode receiver, a local oscillator selectively outputs a local oscillation signal for a CDMA mode or a local oscillation signal for an FM mode in response to a command. A mixer mixes the local oscillation signal with an intermediate frequency signal to produce a signal having a predetermined frequency. Filters assigned to a CDMA mode and an FM mode, respectively, each filters the output of the mixer. After an AGC amplifier has amplified the output of the filter, a digital signal processor demodulates the output of the amplifier. Switches are provided for selecting either a CDMA mode or an FM mode.

    摘要: In an analog-to-digital converter, one-bit A/D conversion stages are connected in series to receive an analog signal. Each conversion stage includes a sample-and-hold circuit for sampling an analog signal from a preceding stage, a comparator for comparing it with a specified voltage level to produce a logic signal at one of two discrete levels depending on whether the signal received from the preceding stage is higher or lower than the specified level. The signal received from the preceding stage is summed with a prescribed reference voltage of one of opposite polarities depending on the level of the logic signal to produce an analog output signal. The successive conversion stages are driven so that the analog signal from each stage is transferred to the next, and the logic signals generated by the individual conversion stages are delayed so that they appear simultaneously at digital output terminals.
