    摘要: A sterilizing apparatus has a vertical ultrasonic horn with an output tip at the low end thereof and an antiseptic solution holding receptacle that is disposed in a manner that a part of the horn is inside the holding receptacle and the output tip is below a bottom wall of the holding receptacle. An antiseptic solution is first supplied into the holding receptacle that temporarily holds the solution. The solution gradually and continuously flows out from the holding receptacle through outlet holes, which are located in the bottom wall of the holding receptacle and contiguous with the horn, onto the surface of the output tip of the horn so that the horn, while vibrating at the ultrasonic frequency, causes the antiseptic solution to be atomized on the output tip and changed into a state of mist with which the sterilization is performed.

    摘要: A coffee roasting apparatus is disclosed. The coffee roasting apparatus comprises a cylindrical container, a cylindrical drum rotatably extended within the center portion of the container, and a heater element diposed within the drum. The apparatus includes a blower device to cause air circulation within the interior of the container to more uniformily heat the beans. The heater element is controlled by a control device to reduce the calorific value of the heater element when the temperature of the container reaches a predetermined temperature. Therefore, abnormal temperature in the container is prevented, while the roasting operation is speedily done. A control device for the blower device is also disclosed which will vary the speed of the blower in response to changes in the input voltage. In this way, an increase in the input voltage which may have caused unwanted overheating is avioded by a corresponding increase in air circulation.

    摘要: A coffee roasting apparatus which includes a coffee roaster device which comprises a cylindrical container formed preferably of glass material, a cylindrical drum rotatably extending within the center portion of container, and a heater element disposed within the drum. The drum is formed of wire cloth and driven by a motor. Coffee directly receives radiation heat through the drum. Also, the roaster device is rotatably supported in a housing, which is provided with a cooling space which enables the apparatus to automatically proceed to the discharge of the roasted coffee beans. The interior of the roaster device and the cooling space are connected by an open air circulating pathway. Therefore, the cooling of the roasted coffee beans and the interior of roaster device are separately accomplished with a single air pathway.
