摘要： The object of the present invention is to provide a mouse model for allergic diseases such as atopic dermatitis, and a dermatitis mouse model with impaired skin-barrier function. The present inventors found out that a mouse that has been caused to completely lose the function of expressing profilaggrin protein and filaggrin protein by entirely or partially disrupting the endogenous gene encoding filaggrin by a genetic mutation such as deletion or replacement, can be used as a mouse model for allergic diseases or atopic dermatitis wherein the skin-barrier function has been impaired.

When a selected-folder view display button is clicked, a list of folders registered in the folder list is displayed. If one of the registered folders is selected, a corresponding folder in the folder view display area is selected, and the file view display area is also updated.

To this end the eye device includes at least one circular engaging step portion on the periphery of an eyeball-mounting body and, optionally, at least one circular engaging groove and/or steps on an inner periphery of a mounting member whereby material of the doll face, sandwiched between the eyeball-mounting body and the mounting member, is engaged by the circular engaging step portion on the eyeball-mounting body and, optionally, also by the circular engaging groove and/or steps on the mounting member, thereby preventing detaching of the eye device.
