    摘要: A gyratory cone crusher includes a first and a second crushing shell defining a crushing gap. The first crushing shell is arranged to gyrate around a vertical axis, in order to crush material entering the crushing gap, and is vertically supported by a thrust bearing including first and second bearing plates defining a spherical sliding interface. One of the bearing plates has one or more cooling and/or lubricating grooves at the sliding interface, each groove defining a channel, extending from the center of the sliding interface to the periphery thereof. In order to obtain a uniform distribution of grooves, the cooling/lubricating grooves are in the form of one or more spirals extending from the center of the sliding interface to the periphery thereof. The disclosure further relates to a bearing plate and a kit of bearing plates involving such a bearing plate.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for operating a gyratory cone crusher as well as a hydraulic circuit suitable for carrying out the method. A crusher comprises an inner crusher shell and an outer crusher shell, which define a crusher gap, and the crusher gap size is maintained by means of a hydraulic cylinder, and, in case the hydraulic liquid pressure exceeds a pressure threshold, hydraulic liquid is evacuated from the cylinder to increase the crusher gap size. The method involves carrying out detection of a tramp iron processing condition, implying that matter which the crusher cannot process has enter the gap. If such a condition is detected, the pressure threshold is lowered during a period of time. This means that the crusher gap is opened quicker, such that the matter that cannot be crushed is removed from the crusher, which is thereby protected from potentially detrimental impacts.

    摘要: A crusher system, including a first crushing surface and a second crushing surface which are operative to crush material between them. A hydraulic system is operative to adjust a gap between the first crushing surface and the second crushing surface by adjusting a position of the first crushing surface with a hydraulic cylinder connected to the first crushing surface. The hydraulic system includes an accumulator connected to the hydraulic cylinder by a hydraulic liquid conduit. The accumulator includes a hydraulic liquid chamber and a gas chamber separated from the hydraulic liquid chamber. The accumulator has a preloading pressure that is the pressure of the gas chamber when the hydraulic liquid chamber is empty, which is at least 0.3 MPa lower than a mean operating pressure of the hydraulic cylinder, such that the accumulator is active and variations occurring in the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic cylinder during operation of the crusher system are attenuated.
