    摘要: There is disclosed a crusher for crushing material into finer particulates. The crusher includes a housing enclosing a cone assembly comprising a crushing head mounted on a shaft. The housing supports an outer crushing shell, while the crushing head supports an inner crushing shell. The two crushing shells cooperate to form a crushing gap therebetween. A cam is provided on the shaft with the cam being located remote from the crushing head. A number of drive units extend between the cam and the housing, wherein each drive unit has a first end movably abutting the cam and a second end movably abutting a discrete spherically domed reaction seat provided on the housing. Each drive unit is a telescopic body with a bore extending therethrough so that hydraulic fluid injected into each bore applies a drive force onto the cam and the reaction seat to cause movement of the crushing head.

    摘要: An apparatus (2) for lifting a crushing mantle (4) of a cone or gyratory crusher is provided. The crushing mantle (4) has a first central axis (26) and an opening (10) with a clearance width (w) in its top region (12) surrounding the first central axis (26). The apparatus (2) comprises a plate-shaped lifting member (8) having a second central axis (18) and adapted to be attached to the top region (12) of the crushing mantle (4), wherein the first central axis (26) coincides with the second central axis (18) when the plate-shaped lifting member (8) is attached to the crushing mantle (4). The plate-shaped lifting member (8) includes at least one attachment member (32) adapted to be attached to a suspension assembly (36), in order to lift the plate-shaped lifting member (8) together with the crushing mantle (4) attached thereto. The plate-shaped lifting member (8) has a first dimension (d1) in a first direction being smaller than the clearance width (w) of the opening (10) in the top region (12) of the crushing mantle (4); and the plate-shaped lifting member (8) has a second dimension (d2) in a second direction being larger than the clearance width (w) of the opening (10) in the top region (12) of the crushing mantle (4). The first direction and the second direction run obliquely in respect to each other.

A hollow space is arranged inside the main shaft, the adjustment shaft is arranged to the hollow space, a load cylinder is arranged to a lower end of the main shaft which load cylinder comprises an adjustment piston acting to a lower end of the adjustment shaft, a pressure medium supply is arranged to a pressure volume under the adjustment piston for moving vertically the adjustment shaft, and a lubricant supply is arranged above the adjustment piston for directing lubricant via the hollow space to targets to be lubricated. The main shaft is fixed stationary to the frame such that the lower end of the main shaft extends outside the frame under the frame and that the lubricant supply is arranged from outside to the outside extending part of the main shaft and through the main shaft to the hollow space.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for operating a gyratory cone crusher as well as a hydraulic circuit suitable for carrying out the method. A crusher comprises an inner crusher shell and an outer crusher shell, which define a crusher gap, and the crusher gap size is maintained by means of a hydraulic cylinder, and, in case the hydraulic liquid pressure exceeds a pressure threshold, hydraulic liquid is evacuated from the cylinder to increase the crusher gap size. The method involves carrying out detection of a tramp iron processing condition, implying that matter which the crusher cannot process has enter the gap. If such a condition is detected, the pressure threshold is lowered during a period of time. This means that the crusher gap is opened quicker, such that the matter that cannot be crushed is removed from the crusher, which is thereby protected from potentially detrimental impacts.

    摘要: A gyratory crusher is provided that has a crusher head, an eccentric assembly connected to the crusher head, a bushing positioned between the eccentric assembly and the crusher head, a retaining member, and a plurality of fasteners. The retaining member has an opening and a plurality of holes. The retaining member is positioned adjacent to the eccentric assembly such that a portion of the eccentric assembly is within the opening. Each fastener extends through a respective hole to the crusher head. The retaining member is positioned adjacent to the crusher head and the eccentric assembly such that the retaining member is decoupled from the bushing. The cone crusher is preferably configured to crush rock, stone, ore or minerals. A method of making or retrofitting a crushing device such as, for example, a cone crusher or other gyratory crusher, is also provided.

    摘要: An anti-spin assembly is arranged in a gyratory crusher. The anti-spin assembly includes an expandable braking receptacle, which is adapted to be expanded by way of a pressure medium. The braking receptacle is arranged in a space between a first surface formed on a part which rotates with the crushing head and a second surface formed on a non-rotary part which is connected to the frame bottom part. The braking receptacle is arranged, when expanding, to engage both the first and the second surface, thereby braking the rotation of the crushing head.
