摘要： This disclosure relates generally to proteins target tumor cell killing comprising: a polypeptide or complex of two or more polypeptides that specifically binds ROR1, and a polypeptide or complex of two or more polypeptides that specifically binds CD3. In some embodiments, the present application provides antibodies that specifically bind ROR1. In some embodiments the application also provides therapeutic methods for using such proteins in the treatment of a cancer.
