摘要： Isoquinolinesulfonyl compounds are used in ophthalmic compositions to treat glaucoma or other ischemic-borne ocular disorders such as retinopathies or optic neuropathies. These compounds vasodilate ocular blood vessels, lower IOP and prevent or reduce the progression of visual field loss.
