Abstract: There is disclosed a hair treatment agent-holder 1A which is a holder impregnated with a hair treatment agent to hold the same therein, and the holder is provided with a base material 3 capable of being impregnated with the hair treatment agent to hold the same therein, detachably attached to hair styling means for styling hair, and formed to enable the outflow of the hair treatment agent. There can be provided a hair treatment agent-holder which facilitates hair-surface conditioning by the hair treatment agent and promotes the penetration of the hair treatment agent into the hair to achieve a treatment effect, a hair styling device, and a hair styling method. It becomes possible not only to easily handle the hair treatment agent but also to improve a workability.

Abstract: Provided are a device and a method for styling hair capable of reducing damage to hair, maintaining the elasticity and texture of the hair, and keeping the hair style for a long period of time. The hair styling device is equipped with an arm body 2 having an arm 2A and an arm 2B connected to each other, an oscillation means 3, and an oscillator 9. The arm body 2 is constituted such that it can retain or release the hair. The oscillation generated from the oscillation means 3 has a predetermined frequency from 1 to 20000 Hz. The oscillator 9 is constituted such that it can slide along the length direction of the arms 2A and 2B and at the same time can transmit the oscillation from the oscillation means to the hair retained by the arm 2 while sliding.

Abstract: A method for treating a hair shape comprising the steps of: subjecting hair to softening treatment by applying or spraying a softening agent or applying a hair-treating agent, and giving vibration of predetermined frequency of not exceeding 20 KHz being lower than a frequency of ultrasonic wave to hair to give a desired shape to hair. It is possible to cause cutting of cystine linkage, salt linkage, hydrogen linkage or the like in keratin of the hair, which was hard to be done in a conventional permanent treatment, to every portion of hairs by making an effect of the first liquid (softening agent) being sufficiently exhibited in permanent treatment.
