    摘要: A high-pressure, dome-type compressor includes a DC motor 5 having a rotor 5a that uses a rare earth/iron/boron permanent magnet having an intrinsic coercive force of 1.7 MA.m−1 or greater in a rotor thereof and has a rated output or 1.9 kW or higher. The motor, which drives a compression element 3 in a casing 2, is disposed in a high pressure, high temperature area 6, which is filled with gas discharged from the compression element. An inverter 10 controls current supplied to the motor such that the motor temperature becomes equal to or less than a predetermined temperature and an opposing magnetic field generated in a stator has a predetermined strength or less. Since the magnet does not reach a high temperature and is not exposed to a strong opposing magnetic field, it is hardly demagnetized. As a result, performance of the motor and of the compressor is stable.

    摘要: Spiral fixed scroll teeth (2a) project from an end plate (2b) of a fixed scroll (2), and spiral movable scroll teeth (4a) project from an end plate (4b) of a movable scroll (4). The end plate (4b) of the movable scroll (4) is provided with a discharge port (8) for discharging compressed refrigerant gas. A pressure chamber (16) is provided on the back surface of the end plate (2b). A port (10) communicating with the pressure chamber (16) is provided on a position of the end plate (2b) opposed to the discharge port (8). Thus obtained is a scroll compressor reducing pulsation when discharging a fluid by feeding the compressed fluid into the pressure chamber.

    摘要: A scroll compressor includes a pressing mechanism and a back-flow prevention mechanism. The pressing mechanism includes a back-pressure chamber facing a back surface of a movable-scroll end plate, and a back-pressure supply path arranged to allow the back-pressure chamber to communicate with a compression chamber which is in a state right before the compression chamber communicates with an outlet port or a state in which the compression chamber communicates with the outlet port. The back-flow prevention mechanism allows refrigerant of the back-pressure supply path to flow from the compression chamber to the back-pressure chamber, and prevents fluid of the back-pressure supply path from returning from the back-pressure chamber to the compression chamber.
