The suction and pressure cooperate to move a fluid through a fluid path. An accessory fluid path is in communication with the inlet and outlet. The accessory fluid path includes a thermistor in communication with the accessory fluid path. The thermistor monitors a temperature of the fluid within the accessory fluid path.

摘要: In one embodiment, an annular groove and an elastic portion are formed at an end portion of a main bearing on a side facing a cylinder chamber. An annular groove and an elastic portion is formed at an end portion of the sub-bearing on a side facing the cylinder chamber. A depth of the annular groove of the main bearing is formed larger than that of the sub-bearing. An outer peripheral surface of the elastic portion of the main bearing is formed in a straight shape so that thicknesses of a base portion and a tip portion of the elastic portion are the same. An outer peripheral surface of the elastic portion of the sub-bearing is formed in a tapered shape so that a thicknesses of a base portion of the elastic portion is larger than that of a tip portion of the elastic portion.

摘要: A compressor includes a hermetic container, a compression mechanism section disposed in the hermetic container, and a motor disposed in the hermetic container to drive the compression mechanism section. The motor has a rotor and a stator disposed so as to surround an outer periphery of the rotor. The stator includes a stator core and oil passage grooves. The stator core has a hollow circular cylindrical section and a plurality of circumferentially arranged teeth protruding radially inward from an outer peripheral surface of the hollow circular cylindrical section. The oil passage grooves are located radially outside of the teeth. The oil passage grooves are formed by cutting an outer peripheral surface of the hollow circular cylindrical section.

The stator support member may be fixed relative to the shell and the stator. The stator support member may extend longitudinally through at least a portion of the stator.

摘要: This electric compressor includes a compressor which rotates around an axis to compress a fluid, a motor which rotatably drives the compressor around the axis, and a control unit having a first component and a second component and controlling current supply to the motor during driving using the first component and the second component. An allowable current when the first component and the second component are exposed to the same temperature is set to be smaller in the second component than in the first component. The second component is disposed at a place in which cooling capability is greater than that of the first component so that allowable power of the second component at rated use is set to be greater than an allowable power of the first component. This electric compressor includes a temperature sensor which detects the temperature of the first component and a calculation unit which outputs an alarm signal when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor and a current flowing in the first component satisfy a predetermined condition.

The data receiving module receives data indicative of a temperature of a compressor of the heat pump system, data indicative of an ambient temperature, and data indicative of a current date and a current time. The power control module selectively applies power to a heater of a crankcase of the compressor and selectively disables the heater based on the temperature of the compressor, the ambient temperature, the current date, and the current time.

摘要: A motor-driven compressor includes: a compression mechanism; an electric motor that drives the compression mechanism; a driver circuit unit disposed at a position to be cooled by refrigerant drawn by the compression mechanism; a temperature detection unit that detects a temperature of the driver circuit unit; and a motor control device disposed in the driver circuit unit to control the motor. The motor control device stores a predetermined drive pattern corresponding to a temperature characteristic of the driver circuit unit after starting the motor. When the temperature detected by the temperature detection unit at a time of starting the motor is higher than or equal to a predetermined temperature, the motor control device performs a limit drive control according to the predetermined drive pattern regardless of a drive state command to the motor.
