    摘要: A pressure sensitive conductive sheet includes a film-like base material, and a low resistive layer and a high resistive layer, which are formed in this order on the bottom surface of the base material. The high resistive layer has soft particles and hard particles different in average particle size dispersed therein. There are fixed contacts formed under the bottom surface of the high resistive layer. The pressure sensitive conductive sheet and a panel switch using the sheet have small variations in the resistance change after repeated pressing, thereby providing reliable operation.

    摘要: A touch panel includes a first substrate, a first resistance layer on a surface of the first substrate, a second substrate, a second resistance layer on a surface of the second substrate, a spacer having substantially a frame shape provided between outer peripheries of the first and second substrates, a sheet having a surface attached to the surface of the second substrate with a first adhesive layer, and a second adhesive layer on the surface of the sheet. The second resistance layer faces the first resistance layer by a predetermined gap between the second and first resistance layers. The second adhesive layer has an adhesion property weaker than that of the first adhesive layer. This touch panel can be attached onto a display element again easily.

In manufacturing, forming a notch with an adhesive layer formed on an undersurface of an under substrate, under a connecting portion of the under substrate with a wiring substrate. After applying rollers for short a period of time for almost completely removing bubbles between the under substrate and the adhesive layer, adhering such under substrate to an upper substrate. Finally heating and pressing the connecting portion, connecting the wiring substrate to the substrates, obtaining the touch panel having a superior transparent visibility, easy to manufacture and of low cost.
