摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide the column spacer capable of forming a liquid crystal display element which does not produce the color irregularity due to gravity defect and the cold bubbling and exhibits the high durability when the column spacer is used as a spacer for maintaining a gap between two glass substrates at a constant distance in a liquid crystal display element, the liquid crystal display element using the column spacers and the curable resin composition for column spacers from which the column spacer can be produced. The present invention is directed a column spacer for maintaining a gap between two glass substrates at a constant distance in a liquid crystal display element, which comprises an elastic modulus of 0.2 to 1.0 GPa in compressing by 15% at 25° C.

摘要: A charger includes a control unit, which provides the capacitor with electricity, and charges the capacitor. While charging is being executed, the stored charge will increase, and each of the potentials of the positive electrode and the negative electrode will increase. The potential of the positive electrode V+, the potential of the negative electrode V-, the decomposition potential of the positive electrode, and the decomposition potential of the negative electrode are compared with each other. At first, both the potential of the positive electrode and the potential of the negative electrode are smaller than the decomposition potentials. During charging, if it is detected that at least one of the potentials of the positive electrode or the negative electrode reaches the decomposition potential, the control unit stops charging.

摘要: An electric double layer capacitor which is usable at a high voltage without causing an irreversible current. Both a polarized positive electrode 14 and a polarized negative electrode 16 are made of the same constituents. However, a ratio of an amount of constituents of the polarized positive electrode 14 differs from that of the polarized negative electrode 16. A ratio of a capacitance of the polarized positive electrode to a capacitance of the polarized negative electrode is controlled such that the polarized positive electrode and the polarized negative electrode simultaneously reach respective potentials where the irreversible current is caused. According to this invention there is an advantage that it is possible to increase a voltage applied to the electric double layer capacitor.
