The lens position is controlling by a cam member capable of being turned stepwise in one direction about the optical axis of a taking lens by a pulse signal given by the distance measuring device. The driving mechanism has a light quantity controlling movable coil member and a taking lens driving and controlling movable coil member. Both the light quantity controlling movable coil member and the taking lens driving and controlling movable coil member are disposed within a gap and exposed to a common magnetic field.
