Abstract: An elevator system that allows a plurality of autonomous mobile bodies to be rearranged in an alighting order in a car. The elevator system includes processing circuitry to move and stop an elevator car based on information indicating destination floors transmitted from autonomous mobile bodies, to select an autonomous mobile body in the car and an autonomous mobile body that will board the car as targets to be rearranged. The processing circuitry is further to determine an alighting order of the autonomous mobile bodies to be rearranged based on the destination floor of each of the autonomous mobile bodies to be rearranged, and to transmit information indicating the alighting order to each of the autonomous mobile bodies to be rearranged so that the autonomous mobile bodies are arranged one by one in the alighting order.
