Abstract: The disclosure relates to (i) a bacterial vaccine, comprising: at least one RNA polynucleotide having an open reading frame encoding at least one mutated bacterial antigenic polypeptide, wherein the mutated bacterial antigenic polypeptide comprises at least one asparagine (Asn) amino acid substitution; and (ii) a Streptococcal vaccine, comprising: at least one RNA polynucleotide having an open reading frame encoding at least one Streptococcal antigenic polypeptide, such as pneumolysin.
