摘要： Surgical procedures, kits and implants for alleviating human incontinence, and particularly providing improved methods and apparatus to secure a urethral sling to pubic bone in a sub-urethral location to support the urethra and alleviate incontinence are disclosed. Bone anchors, e.g., bone screws, are driven into pubic bones with exposed bone anchor heads and necks configured to receive and support a urethral sling applied to the bone anchors with and without retainers applied against the urethral sling to retain portions of the urethral sling between the bone anchor heads and the pubic bones.

摘要： Surgical procedures, kits and implants for alleviating human incontinence, and particularly providing improved methods and apparatus to secure a urethral sling to pubic bone to support the urethra and alleviate incontinence are disclosed. Bone anchors are driven into pubic bones with elongated bone anchor sutures configured to be passed through openings of a urethral sling. Suture retainers are applied to the sutures to apply retentive force to the urethral sling to maintain the fixation of the urethral sling proximate to the pubic bone.

摘要： A catheter including a coil guide that assist with the proper installation of an antenna for the delivery of microwave energy on a catheter. The coil guide secures the antenna in the proper position and shape while the catheter is navigated to the targeted tissue. The coil guide includes a channel that is molded or cut into the coil guide for receiving the antenna and maintaining proper position of the antenna. The channel provides a guide for medical personnel when wrapping the antenna coils onto the catheter body and secures the antenna in the proper shape and position while the catheter is being navigated to the targeted tissue. Alternatively, the antenna can be pre-coiled for installation into the channel. The coil guide can be adhesively attached or overmolded proximate a distal end of a catheter body.

摘要： An anastomosis device including an actuation system adapted to control the deployment of the anastomosis device. The anastomosis device includes a watertight barrier for preventing bodily fluids from traversing an actuation wire lumen containing a plurality of actuation wires. The anastomosis device can include a lockout system on a mechanical actuator that prevents disengagement of a grasping assembly until healing from an anastomosis procedure is complete and the anastomosis device is removed.
