    摘要: The invention relates to an optical device such as an optical low-pass filter, and a production method therefor, which prevents damage, and thus maintains optical characteristics. In the optical device of the invention, a plurality of optical plates are stuck together with adhesive. The adhesive is spread to span to the side face or the outer periphery of the principal plane surrounding the plurality of optical plates, to thereby form a protective coat. Moreover the production method for an optical device, for example an optical low-pass filter, of the invention, where a plurality of optical plates are stuck together with adhesive, involves; spreading an adhesive between principal planes of the plurality of optical plates; pressing the plurality of optical plates from both principal planes to overflow the adhesive from between the both principal planes; and effusing and spreading the adhesive to span to the surrounding side face or periphery of the principal plane to thereby form a protective coat.

    摘要: An objective of the present invention is to provide a shipping tray for optical elements that prevents toppling of optical elements during transportation and optimally maintains the optical characteristics of the optical elements. In a shipping tray for optical elements, single edges of a plurality of optical elements, each having two main surfaces formed as horizontal flat surfaces, are sequentially disposed upright in the lateral and longitudinal directions on an adhesive tape provided on a base surface of a main container; and the plurality of optical elements is covered with a cover in which is formed a plurality of concavities for individually accommodating the plurality of optical elements. Each concavity in the cover has an aperture portion provided in a plateau portion thereof, into which is inserted one of the optical elements upright with the free edge side protruding therefrom, and the shape of the aperture portion is oval.
