Activating the predictive touch utility 120 includes selecting and loading 612 a predictive touch profile 134 having a response curve 1500/1600 that correlates to gains applied to compute the predicted next position 392.

    摘要: Chording techniques are described that may be utilized in a variety of ways to provide inputs to a computing device. The computing device, for instance, may include sensors disposed on a housing of the computing device such that the sensors are configured to detect fingers of a user when grasping the device. Detection of a likely indexed relative position of the fingers of the user's hand in relation to each other, and even an amount of pressure used by respective ones of the fingers, may be used to define and input chords that may be used to initiate operations of the computing device.
