    Abstract: An acoustic wave filter includes series arm resonators each including an IDT electrode on a piezoelectric substrate. Resonant frequencies of the series arm resonators are positioned within the pass band of the acoustic wave filter. The IDT electrode includes a pair of comb-shaped electrodes. Each of the comb-shaped electrodes includes electrode fingers and a busbar electrode. The electrode fingers extend in a direction intersecting a propagation direction of acoustic waves and are parallel with each other. One end of an electrode finger and one end of another electrode finger are connected with each other by the busbar electrode. The IDT electrode of the series arm resonator with the lowest anti-resonant frequency includes two or more withdrawal-weighted floating electrodes without any of the electrode fingers of one of the comb-shaped electrodes interposed therebetween.

    Abstract: In a composite filter device, a first acoustic wave resonator includes a functional electrode on a first main surface of a first piezoelectric substrate, and a wiring electrode is on the first main surface and is not connected to a signal potential. A support is on the first main surface and surrounds the first acoustic wave resonator. A second piezoelectric substrate is on the support and includes a third main surface closer to the support than a fourth main surface. A second acoustic wave resonator includes a functional electrode on the third main surface. The second acoustic wave resonator is a parallel-arm resonator higher in resonant frequency than any other parallel-arm resonator or a series-arm resonator lower in resonant frequency than any other series-arm resonator. The second acoustic wave resonator and the wiring electrode overlap each other when viewed in plan.

    Abstract: An acoustic wave device includes a first acoustic wave filter including a first piezoelectric substrate and first resonators on the first piezoelectric substrate, and a second acoustic wave filter including a second piezoelectric substrate and second resonators on the second piezoelectric substrate. The first and second resonators are opposed to each other with a gap therebetween. The first and second resonators each include a heat-generation resonator in which a heat generation range has a highest temperature at a time of signal application. The heat generation ranges of the heat-generation resonators do not overlap each other in plan view.
