    摘要: An IDT electrode includes: a first busbar, a second busbar facing the first busbar, multiple first electrode fingers electrically connected to the first busbar, multiple second electrode fingers electrically connected to the second busbar and arranged in an alternating manner with the multiple first electrode fingers in an acoustic wave propagation direction, multiple bar electrodes interposed between the first busbar and the multiple first electrode fingers, and extending parallel to the first busbar and parallel to each other, multiple connection portions including a connection portion that is interposed between the first busbar and a corresponding one of the bar electrodes adjacent to the first busbar and that connects the first busbar to the corresponding bar electrode, and a connection portion that connects adjacent bar electrodes to each other. Some of the connection portions are disposed in a discontinuous manner with respect to an extension direction of the multiple electrode fingers.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to acoustic wave devices, and particularly to high quality factor (Q) transducers for surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices. An exemplary SAW device includes an interdigital transducer (IDT) between two reflective gratings to form a resonator. The resonator operates through shear horizontal mode acoustic waves, and therefore suppression of transverse modes (parallel to electrode fingers of the IDT) is desired. A piston mode can be formed in the resonator to suppress transverse modes, which may also increase energy leakage and result in a lower Q. A higher Q is achieved by adding a fast region at an end of one or more of the electrode fingers of the IDT.

    摘要: A multiplexer includes a first filter on a first path, a second filter on a second path, and a third filter on a third path. A frequency of intermodulation distortion generated by a transmission signal within a pass band of the first filter and a transmission signal within a pass band of the second filter is within a pass band of the third filter. The first filter includes one or more series resonators on the first path and one or more parallel resonators on one or more paths connecting one or more nodes on the first path to a ground. A relative permittivity of a resonator of the one or more series resonators and the one or more parallel resonators that is closest to a common terminal is lowest among relative permittivities of the resonators.
