摘要： A plasma display apparatus includes: a plasma display panel; a chassis base arranged parallel to the plasma display panel; a driver IC electrically connecting electrodes of the plasma display panel to a driving circuit, the driver IC adapted to supply voltage signals to the electrodes of the plasma display panel in accordance with signals from the driving circuit; and a heat dissipating plate arranged adjacent to the driver IC and facing the chassis base to interpose the driver IC between the chassis base and a heat dissipating plate; wherein the heat dissipating plate includes an accommodating portion adapted to accommodate the driver IC on a side surface thereof opposite to the driver IC.

摘要： A display device is provided having enhanced precision and accuracy in attachment of a plasma display panel to a chassis base. A method and apparatus for manufacturing such a display device is also provided. The display device may include a display panel having an upper panel and a lower panel and a chassis base for supporting the display panel. At least one panel of upper and lower panels in a plasma display panel is marked with an aligning mark, and a penetration hole is formed at a chassis base at a position corresponding to the aligning mark. Therefore, the chassis base and the plasma display panel may be precisely aligned on the basis of the aligning mark exposed through the penetration hole.

The carbon group thermal conductive sheet reduces inductance between the panel and the chassis base, and accordingly, the generation of an electromotive force, which affects the driving pulses, is reduced, thereby enabling a stable panel discharge.
