摘要: A speed reducer according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes: an input gear; a plurality of spur gears configured to rotate in mesh with the input gear; one or more eccentric cams formed on each of a plurality of shafts, each of the plurality of shafts being coupled to corresponding one of the plurality of spur gears; and one or more eccentric gears each having a plurality of first through-holes and a plurality of second through-holes, each of the plurality of first through-holes rotatably supporting corresponding one of the one or more eccentric cams, the second through-holes being disposed adjacent to the first through-holes and formed asymmetrically as viewed from a direction of a central axis, and the one or more eccentric gear are configured to rotate eccentrically relative to a rotational axis of the input gear in conjunction with rotation of the one or more eccentric cams.

摘要: A gear device is provided with a carrier having a first member and a second member opposed to the first member in a rotation axis direction, a crankshaft configured to cause the carrier to rotate relative to an outer cylinder about a rotation axis, an insertion pin inserted into the first member and the second member, and a restriction member configured to restrict movement of the insertion pin. The insertion pin is housed in such a manner as to extend from a first hole over to a second hole, the first hole formed in the first member so as to extend through the first member, the second hole formed in the second member so as to correspond to the first hole. At least one of the first hole and the second hole has such a shape as to restrict movement of the insertion pin toward the second hole in the rotation axis direction. The restriction member is mounted in the first member so as to restrict movement of the insertion pin toward the first hole in the rotation axis direction.

摘要: One object is to provide a steering device that facilitates disengagement of a speed reducer so that, for example, when the speed reducer fails, the speed reducer can be disengaged to enable steering of a vehicle with a manual operational force alone. This application relates to a steering device provided with a steering mechanism and a speed reducer. The steering mechanism steers tires of a vehicle under a steering force from a steering wheel. The speed reducer is connected to a motor for outputting a steering assistance force corresponding to the steering force. The speed reducer enlarges the steering assistance force and transmits the enlarged steering assistance force to the steering mechanism. The speed reducer is connected to the steering mechanism via a speed reducer arm.
