摘要： A polypropylene composition provided with lightweight, highly tough and highly rigid as well as having a specific weight of 1.0-1.05 is made of a polypropylene resin, inorganic powder, a toughener, a coupling agent, a compatibilizer and an anti-oxidant; a method of manufacturing the composition involves grafting the inorganic powder onto the polypropylene resin and the coupling agent to form a masterbatch, and mixing the masterbatch with the other additives to enhance bonding ability of the inorganic powder inside the polypropylene composition to endow the composite with good toughness, rigidity and mobility, and reducing undesirable dust.
