Abstract: A method for manufacturing a porous anti-adhesive film is provided, which includes the steps of providing an electrospinning solution and performing an electrospinning process by using the electrospinning solution to form the porous anti-adhesive film The electrospinning solution includes a polymer material and a solvent. The solvent is selected from the group consisting of acetone, butanone, ethylene glycol, hexafluoroisopropanol (HFIP), isopropanol, deacetylated chitosan (DAC), N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), dimethylacetamide (DMAC), dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), and ether.
