摘要： A comment management method manages a plurality of comments written about content and selects at least one first comment from among the plurality of comments based on a first condition that is based on feedback from users for each of the plurality of comments, selects a second comment based on the feedback and a second condition that is based on the time at which a comment is written, and distinguishably displays the first comment and the second comment on a user terminal that displays the content.
