A road surface inspection apparatus (10) includes an image acquisition unit (110), a damage detection unit (120), and an output unit (130). The image acquisition unit (110) acquires an input image in which a road is captured. The damage detection unit (120) detects a damaged part of the road in the input image by using a damage determiner (122) being built by machine learning and determining a damaged part of a road. The output unit (130) outputs, to a display apparatus (30), a determination result with a certainty factor equal to or less than a reference value in a state of being distinguishable from another determination result out of one or more determination results of a damaged part of a road by the damage determiner (122).
Abstract:
A road surface inspection apparatus (10) includes an image acquisition unit (110), a damage detection unit (120), and an information output unit (130). The image acquisition unit (110) acquires an image in which a road is captured. The damage detection unit (120) sets a target region in the image in image processing for detecting damage to a road, based on an attribute of the road captured in the image, and performs the image processing on the set target region. The information output unit (130) outputs position determination information allowing determination of a position of a road damage to which is detected by the image processing.

A precedence pass management system that is communicable with a user terminal and an information terminal that presents in a facility within a congested area, the precedence pass management system includes an issuing unit and a determination unit. The user terminal acquires parking information indicating a use of a parking area outside the congested area and transmits the parking information to the precedence pass management system, the issuing unit receives the parking information from the user terminal, issues a precedence pass for prioritizing an order of a user of the parking area to a queue in the facility, based on the parking information, and associates the precedence pass with the parking information to be stored in storage, the determination unit receives a use request of the precedence pass including parking information from the information terminal, collates the parking information stored in the storage with the parking information included in the use request to determine whether the precedence pass is usable, and transmits a determination result as to whether the precedence pass is usable to the information terminal. The information terminal receives the determination result from the precedence pass management system and controls output unit of the information terminal in response to the determination result.

An information processing device (10) having: a characteristic information acquisition unit (110) that acquires, as characteristic information for multiple parking spaces contained in a parking lot, the usage history and/or the physical characteristics of the parking spaces; an attribute associating unit (120) that assigns a usage trend attribute to the parking spaces, on the basis of the acquired characteristic information; and an output unit (130) that outputs a correspondence relationship between a parking space and the usage trend attribute assigned to that parking space.
