Abstract: In order to improve the operability required in transmitting an e-mail attached the image data, a communication apparatus includes imaging unit for imaging an object to acquire image data related to the object; storage unit for storing registration information which is associated at least one predetermined action and at least one destination address; and control unit for, in response to one of the predetermined action being performed during an operation of the imaging unit, controlling the imaging unit so that the storage unit stores the image data acquired by the imaging unit and creating an e-mail to which the destination address is set and with which the image data which is stored in the storage unit is attached, the destination address being associated with the predetermined action and being stored in the registration information.
